Welcome to ArtoOpia! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency of where you are located and are subject to change without notice. For European customers, all prices include VAT. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors provided by Shopify.
Crypto payments supported via Coinbase or USDC.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to selected countries:
- North America: United States, Canada
- Europe: All EU countries (fulfilled from our centers in Czechia and Barcelona)
Shipping times vary based on location and will be provided at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
Shipping is free for all European, USA & Canada orders.
4. Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
For European orders, refunds will include the VAT portion, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original Artwork
All original artworks are final sale. Due to the nature of original art and the care required in handling and shipping, we do not accept returns based on preference or change of mind.
We encourage collectors to review all images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully and to contact us with any questions prior to purchase.
“Insurance Claim Requirement:
The recipient must inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows any visible damage, dents, or scuffs, the recipient must note this on the delivery receipt or electronic proof of delivery (e.g., by writing: ‘Package received with external damage – reservation made for contents’) and take a photograph of the package before opening.
Failure to make such a reservation at the time of delivery may result in the denial of any insurance claim for damage to or loss of the contents. By accepting delivery without making this reservation, the recipient acknowledges that the parcel appears undamaged, and any subsequent claims may not be honored.”
Cryptocurrency Payments
Purchases made using cryptocurrency are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. For this reason, refunds for cryptocurrency payments are not available for original artworks and custom or made-to-order pieces.
In the event of damage, defect, or fulfillment error for eligible items (such as canvas prints), customers may request a replacement or store credit in accordance with our standard return policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Emily Stewart/ArtoOpia. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Product Representation & Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our artwork and products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be fully accurate. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the print production process.
Prints are produced using professional print-on-demand services. As a result, minor variations in color, tone, or texture may occur and are considered a normal part of the reproduction process. Such variations do not constitute defects.
9. Product Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit or refuse the sale of our products or services to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product descriptions or pricing, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited by law.
10. No Warranty on Expectations
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through this site will meet your personal expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the service will be corrected.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
